Im starting middle school. I like it except I have to do a lot of home work after school. My schuel is reading. math. computers, science, english. band,and social studies. My favorite subject is band. I play the flute. I've learned three notes so far. I like to play songs wdith the full band.

Great Job!
This is actually a post by Makenna's mom. I just wanted to say how impressed I am with Makenna. She has been working so hard lately. She has literally been spending ALL her time studying for school or practicing for cheerleading tryouts. I am so pleased with all her hard work and dedication. Keep up the good work Makenna!

Me
My name is Makenna Overton. I am 10 years old. I like to listen to music, do gymnastics, make paintings, and play with my friends. My best friends are Hannah, Riley, Natasha, Autumn and Katie. I am in Mrs. Lawrence's class this year. We have 32 kids in our class.
I have six people in my family. My dad is a psychologist. My mom cleans the house. My little brother Matthew is nine years old. He likes to play outside in the dirt. My brother Jonathon is six years old. He likes to play the Wii. Kevin is 3 years old. He likes to play with our dog Daisy.
